X-L-Air was the general contractor. The entire high pressure to medium temperature heating water system of this large complex (three buildings), was gutted and replaced within six months. The schedule was strictly driven by the need to provide heating to two thousand public servants by the start of the heating season. New pumps, steam-to-water heat exchangers, controls and all electrics and motor control centres were replaced.
