Jackson Building Retrofit

X-L-Air was the General Contractor. The work included extensive Mechanical retrofit of the main Air Handling Units (AHU's) including installation of new coils, demolition of ducting systems on five floors and replacing with new. New ceilings, lighting, sprinklers and drywalls were installed on these floors. DDC controls were added.

NOTE: All this work was done while the building was fully occupied.
