Health Protection Building - Tunney's Pasture

X-L-Air was general contractor for the Mechanical Room retrofit. The two main Air Handling Units (AHU's) were completely refurbished including new coils and control dampers. The heating systems were retrofitted and new Direct Digital Controls (DDC Controls) were added. Ceilings and ducting were demolished and replaced with new. The building remained occupied throughout the work period!
