X-L-Air was the general/prime mechanical contractor responsible for the ventilation, electrical, and building automation system for this mechanical retrofit, which included replacing the existing AHU fans with two new 75hp fans. This was a fast paced project to be completed over the course of one weekend as the shutdown period was to be minimal.
