Experimental Farm Building 55 (Heritage)

X-L-Air was the prime mechanical contractor responsible for installation of sprinklers, plumbing, DDC controls, heating and air-conditioning.

Work was made more challenging as this is a heritage building. This meant that certain mechanical elements had to be refurbished and re-installed. This included the century-old cast iron perimeter radiation heaters that were taken out, cleaned chemically, sand blasted, painted with baked enamel paint and were re-installed.
