Partial retrofit of mechanical and control systems. Project done for the Department of National Defence. X-L-Air was the General Contractor responsible for HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, Sprinklers, T-bar ceilings, dry wall and lighting. The work was done while the building was occupied.
