Ottawa Main Library Chiller Replacement

A retrofit project with a main focus on the removal and replacement of the existing chiller and cooling tower with a new 175 ton chiller and associated cooling tower, pumps, etc. X-L-Air was the general contractor responsible for ventilation, plumbing and HVAC piping, electrical, and controls.
