Lansdowne Park HVAC Rehabilitation

In this retrofit project, X-L-Air acted as the general contractor responsible for the construction of a new mechanical room as well as the mechanical work, which included ventilation, HVAC piping, electrical and building automation. The scope of work included the replacement of the existing air distribution coils and converting the existing hot water heating system to a glycol system via heat exchanger and pumps.
