Department of National Defence - Building 16

X-L-Air was the Mechanical Contractor responsible for the retrofit of the mechanical system including cutting up and removing two existing chillers, installing two new chillers, re-furbishing two cooling towers, new ducts and VAV systems, new perimeter induction units, new computer room air conditioning, sprinklers and DDC controls.

The work was done while this critical facility remained fully functional around the clock.
