This is CBC's Ottawa Headquarters and contains many broadcasting studios and related facilities making it a challenging and interesting project. X-L-Air was the prime mechanical contractor responsible for HVAC, Plumbing and DDC controls. The work involved hoisting a very large roof-top air conditioning unit and its assembly.
