New construction of a 96 unit eight storey condominium building, as well as a 56 unit four storey wood construction condominium building. Both buildings were being built concurrently. X-L-Air was the prime mechanical contractor responsible for heating and air-conditioning, plumbing, sprinklers and controls.

Hyde Park is a private caring community made up of adult lifestyle and retirement units. This project consisted of 2 separate buildings both being built concurrently. The first being a 5-storey, 105 condo unit building. The second being a 4-storey wood construction, 35 condo unit building.
